Group Filters allow the educator to narrow down the list of students by Schools, Classes, and User Groups.
- Schools: Lets the educator change the roster to see students from different schools.
To follow the steps listed below, you will need to have "View District Schools" checked under District and School Settings. To validate your permissions, click here.
- Classes: Displays only the students who have been assigned to the educator's class.
- User Groups: Displays only the students who have been assigned to the educator's user group.
The School and Class or User Group filter must coincide. For example, if a student is in a group made from School A, but their primary access is School B, they will not show up when the Group is chosen unless their primary school is selected as well.
